At present, we only support the cancellation of orders within 1 hour, and we do not support cancellation of orders for more than 1 hour, so please be sure to consider carefully before placing an order.
We start automatically processing orders within the first 30-60 minutes of receiving them. We are very efficient and proud of it!
If you contact us promptly and we are able to cancel your order (again, this is not possible after 1 hour), you will still be charged a 10% restocking and handling fee.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, in order to protect your rights, you need to contact us to request a refund within 30 days of successfully receiving the product. The cost of the item will be fully refunded if the item is still new and in good condition.

First, please contact our customer service and we will determine whether your item can be returned for an exchange or refund according to the return policy.
If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, our customer service will notify you of the return address and the following operation process.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) upon receipt and inspection of the item.
Please contact our customer service for the return address and RMA number. Please note that you can only get a refund using the RMA number on the returned package. We are not responsible for you returning to the wrong address or handling a package without an RMA number.
Note: If the product is defective or damaged during transportation, you do not have to bear any shipping costs. If it is because you purchased the wrong product or you feel that the product is not suitable and you don't want it, then you need to pay for the return shipping cost.
