Cancel Order:
At present, we only support the cancellation of orders within 1 hour, and we do not support cancellation of orders for more than 1 hour, so please be sure to consider carefully before placing an order.
We start automatically processing orders within the first 30-60 minutes of receiving them. We are very efficient and proud of it!
If you contact us promptly and we are able to cancel your order (again, this is not possible after 1 hour), you will still be charged a 10% restocking and handling fee.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:
Since Cosplay clothing is a customized product, if there is a product quality problem or product damage problem, in order to protect your rights, you need to contact us within 30 days after successfully receiving the product to apply for a refund or return. If the item is still new and in good condition and you still need to refund, only 90% of the cost of the item will be refunded to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs!
In order to avoid an unpleasant shopping experience, if you have pure doubts about the product you want to buy, please consult customer service about any questions you have about the product before purchasing to ensure you are 100% satisfied!

Please follow these tips to process your return:
First, please contact our customer service and we will determine whether your item can be returned for an exchange or refund according to the return policy.
If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, our customer service will notify you of the return address and the following operation process.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) upon receipt and inspection of the item.
Please contact our customer service for the return address and RMA number. Please note that you can only get a refund using the RMA number on the returned package. We are not responsible for you returning to the wrong address or handling a package without an RMA number.
Note: If the product is defective or damaged during transportation, you do not have to bear any shipping costs. If it's because you bought the wrong product or you feel the product doesn't fit and you don't want it, then we will charge a ten percent handling fee and you will need to pay for the return shipping!
