It usually takes 1-3 working days to process your order (quality control/picking and sorting/packing...). Please note that holidays and weekends are not included.

Due to COVID-19, we are improving our delivery process to make your package more secure, so processing your order may take up to 5-7 days.

Note: Since most COS clothing needs to be customized and produced according to your size, the customized production time of COS clothing is about 10-20 days. Please know that, thank you. (In addition, our logistics time and production time are separated)

Most cosplay costumes displayed on seecosplay.com can be shipped. We aim to provide you with highly restored cosplay costumes and props of popular games, movies, anime and other characters 

Shipping time depends on the item and shipping method you choose. Overnight shipping is not available. Processing time for pre-ordered items may take 30 business days or more.

It is strongly recommended that you place your order at least 2-3 weeks before delivery is required .

It is necessary to keep in touch with the website customer service at any time, if there are any shipping problems with your order, we will contact you by email. 

PS: Please note that shipping via courier companies like DHL is fast, but you need to pay taxes due to your country's customs policy. We always declare low value on the packaging. (You can ask us for invoice paper if you need it.) But if you need to avoid tax, please let us know that you prefer to ship by post (which is slow, so not an option when you need it soon), otherwise we will Choose the way we think will reach you in time.
