Cancel Order:
At present, we only support the cancellation of orders within 1 hour, and we do not support cancellation of orders for more than 1 hour, so please be sure to consider carefully before placing an order.
We start automatically processing orders within the first 30-60 minutes of receiving them. We are very efficient and proud of it!
If you contact us promptly and we are able to cancel your order (again, this is not possible after 1 hour), you will still be charged a 10% restocking and handling fee.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:
Since Cos clothing is a customized product, if there is a product quality problem or product damage problem, in order to protect your rights, you need to contact us within 30 days after successfully receiving the product to apply for a refund. If the item is still new and in good condition and you still need to refund, only 90% of the cost of the item will be refunded to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs!
In order to avoid an unpleasant shopping experience, if you have pure doubts about the product you want to buy, please consult customer service about any questions you have about the product before purchasing to ensure you are 100% satisfied!
